Ultra-Fast Battery Charging
After the successful development of the renowned 5kVA MPPT off-grid inverter which is connected to a single string of photovoltaics, Voltacon Solar has put in full production one of the fastest off-grid inverters in the market. The solar inverter is equipped with two dc inputs for two strings of solar panels. Each PV input has a max power of 3000W which offers an incredible photovoltaic power of 6000W per inverter.
Using two independent MPPT (maximum power point tracking) algorithms, the inverters offers ultra-fast battery charging at 120A only from the solar panels. The combined charging current from a solar and external source (diesel generator or national grid) can reach 180A !!!
Our solar experts developed a special DC combiner box with surge protection, dc-fuses and isolators.
