This VDE approved cable is made in Germany with high quality double PVC insulation. NYY-J cables are versatile and durable, they can be installed outdoors, underground, in brick and concrete walls. This type of cable has exceptional resistance to UV radiation and all waether conditions. The operating temperature is -40°C to +70°C.
Applications and Usage
It is used an power and control cable. The ideal use is in single phase power supplies and solar systems. It can be connected as the main AC output cable to all our solar inverters.
Outdoors, underground, in brickworks. It is compliant with UK wiring regulation such as BS7671 for installation (burial) in the ground). It is also suitable for installation in conduit for extra protection against mechanical stress.
The High-Tuff , NYY cable is suitable for outdoor use (UV resistant)
NYY-J is a VDE approved, solid conductor*, black PVC jacketed, 600/1000 volt power and control cable.
