Product Overview
The Conversol Max 8kW is rated for continuous 8kW AC output at just 18kg, making it one of the most power-dense single-phase off-grid inverters in its class. The dual independent MPPT inputs allow two separate PV string arrays, which is practical on sites with panels on different roof aspects or where shading affects one section of the array independently.
The battery-independent function allows the inverter to supply loads directly from solar without a battery connected, provided PV input is sufficient. The DC load connections allow low-power 48V DC loads to be powered directly from the battery or solar, bypassing the inverter conversion for improved efficiency on small constant loads such as lighting and routers.
The scheduled timer allows grid or generator charging to be programmed into specific time windows, such as overnight economy tariff periods, ensuring the battery bank starts each day at full capacity.

Installation and Safety Notes
Must be installed by a qualified electrician or solar installer. At 8kW, correct cable sizing, fusing, DC and AC isolators, surge protection, and earthing are essential. Battery systems must comply with BS EN 62619 and local building regulations. Do not attempt DIY installation of high-power off-grid inverter and battery systems.
